How long can a monthly stay run?
Anywhere from two weeks to several months — the sweet spot is a month or more, where the pricing works hardest in your favour. Tell us your dates and we’ll be straight about what’s available.
What’s included?
Every home comes fully furnished and equipped — real kitchen, wifi, linens, workspace. Utilities and cleaning arrangements depend on the length of stay; your quote spells all of it out, no surprises at checkout.
Do you take insurance and corporate placements?
Yes — families displaced by an insurance claim, project crews, and relocating employees stay with us regularly. Send the details and a real person replies within 24 hours; ask about invoicing and billing arrangements when you do.
When is availability best?
October through May is broadest — several of our coastal homes are offered as monthly stays through the off-season. Summer monthly stays are possible but compete with peak vacation demand, so ask early.
Is a monthly stay cheaper than booking nightly?
Yes — monthly stays are priced well below nightly rates, and we’ll show you that math up front in the quote.
