We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Third-Party Services

We share your information with the following third-party services as part of our business operations:

  • Close.com: Our customer relationship management (CRM) platform. When you submit a form, your contact information and property details are synced to Close.com to manage our communication with you.
  • Google Sheets: Form submissions are also sent to Google Sheets for internal reporting and team visibility.
  • Google Fonts: We use Google Fonts to serve web fonts. Google may collect your IP address and browser information when fonts are loaded.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel).

Cookies & Local Storage

We use the following browser storage mechanisms:

  • Local Storage: A visitor identifier to associate your visits across sessions. This is a randomly generated ID with no personally identifiable information.
