How many people can your largest home sleep?
Our largest home sleeps 20, and 7 of our homes sleep 10 or more. For bigger gatherings we can sometimes place one group across two nearby homes — ask us.
How do your direct rates compare with the platforms?
Our direct rates are never priced above the platforms before tax — we set the rates ourselves. The booking site shows the full price, including fees, before you pay.
What about noise, visitors and neighbours?
These are homes in real neighbourhoods. Each home’s house rules, on its booking page, cover things like quiet hours, visitors and gatherings, and they differ from home to home. If you’re planning a bigger get-together at the house, tell us before you book.
How does payment work for a group?
One booking, one payer: whoever books the home pays for the stay, and the group settles up among themselves. Each home’s cancellation policy is on its booking page.
Can we bring the family dog?
