Casa Scotia was founded by Yuan and Lloyd—long-time friends, business partners, and successful real estate investors with deep roots in Nova Scotia. Having personally navigated the challenges and rewards of short-term rentals since 2016, including managing the Jonathan McCully House, Nova Scotia's highest-earning Airbnb from 2018 to 2020, they understand the importance of precision management and authentic hospitality.

Their shared expertise spans over $50M in real estate acquisitions and development projects across Nova Scotia and Quebec. Yuan and Lloyd also actively lead two other successful Nova Scotia-based ventures: Helio Urban Development, a rapidly growing homebuilding firm specializing in multi-unit properties, and Kirin Property Management, a modern property management service.

Casa Scotia emerged naturally from their desire to systematize proven methods and extend their strategic property management solutions to fellow owners seeking higher returns, fewer headaches, and complete peace of mind.
